Philip Dekker is a General Counsel working fractionally with VC-backed B2B SaaS and regulated technology companies.

He has over 12 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer, including senior roles at Booking.com and earlier training at Freshfields. He has worked in the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland, supporting founder-led businesses through scale, regulatory shifts and moments where legal judgement is tested under uncertainty.

Philip currently works embedded with leadership teams as a fractional GC, providing pragmatic, board-ready legal support across commercial scale, due diligence, digital regulation and product risk. His focus is on helping teams move quickly without storing up avoidable legal or regulatory exposure.
